What level of support is provided as standard?

Our service is defined as ‘Self Managed’ - this means that responsibility for the running of the server is yours and we do not take any proactive or preventative measures in it’s operations as standard. That said, we believe supporting you and your servers to be a standard part of service delivery. Our support teams are all Level 3, highly experienced sysadmins and we are here to help in any way we can 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will not find any front line staff that can’t help at dediserve!
