With server24, you can open tickets by emailing from your registered email account, or opening a ticket in the GUI. You can submit tickets to Sales, Billing and Technical Support, as well as using them to report Abuse / Security problems. To open a new Ticket, click on Support / Tickets, then Open New Support Ticket (or directly open a ticket from the Dashboard or Support Menu). In the ticket view you can add a Reply, Close the ticket if you have resolved the issue, and upload files / screenshots if needed. Every ticket you submit by Email or GUI is issued a unique tracking number.
